Bonnie Sawdey is a seasoned executive with over 30 years in Human Resources, specializing in Employee Benefits, Compensation, and HR technology solutions. Formerly the Chief People Officer at MedRisk, LLC, and Crawford & Company, she is known for introducing innovative strategies that enhance employee engagement, retention, and community service programs.
Holding a BS Degree in Business Administration, Bonnie's commitment to excellence is evident in her professional certifications, including SHRM-SCP, and her recognition as Benefits Manager of the Year in 2015. She is passionate about helping others, serving on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Georgia and actively participating in the United States Marine Corps Toys for Tots program. Bonnie resides in Gainesville, GA, with her husband and enjoys family time, water sports, and cooking.
