Cambria Smith
CEO
Cambria is the Founder and CEO of Aevitas and one of the most experienced practitioners in Medicare coordination and aging workforce risk mitigation in the country. She previously founded and led a nationally recognized Medicare coordination firm for over twelve years before launching Aevitas — bringing that proven, employer-first methodology to a new generation of compliance challenges. Her expertise spans MSP compliance, disruption audits, Medicare enrollment coordination, HSA education, and OPEB liability reduction, delivered through the concierge-level service model that has defined her approach from the beginning.

Michael Smith
Chief Revenue Officer
Michael is a seasoned executive with deep roots in workforce benefits and aging workforce solutions. He previously co-founded and led a nationally recognized benefits advisory firm from the ground up, delivering Medicare education, retirement readiness, and employer risk solutions to hundreds of organizations across every state and industry. That hands-on experience, building and scaling a benefits advisory model, is what Michael brings to Aevitas as Chief Revenue Officer, leading growth strategy, partnerships, and employer solutions.

EVP- Client Engagement
A seasoned executive with over 30 years in Human Resources, specializing in Employee Benefits, Compensation, and HR technology solutions. Formerly Chief People Officer at MedRisk, LLC and Crawford & Company. Holds a BS in Business Administration and SHRM-SCP certification, recognized as Benefits Manager of the Year in 2015.

Jeff Sharpton
VP of Strategic Partnerships
Jeffrey brings nearly two decades of benefits and employer solutions experience, including nearly eleven years as a Regional Sales Manager at Aetna and subsequent VP of Sales roles at leading national benefits advisory firms, where he helped grow client bases of 550+ employers across every industry and state. At Aevitas, he leads consultant partnerships and employer-facing relationships.
